Since in all but a few cases, your order is custom, produced exclusively for you to your specifications, we do not take returns.
Therefore, you need to be certain the image, finish and size you order is exactly what you want. We encourage communication prior to your order. If you have any questions, that is the time to ask.
If you email us a photo of the room you're going to put it in with sizes of the furniture, we will send back a mock-up of what it will look like prior to shipping.
Please feel free to ask questions up front. We want you to love our art as much as we do.
But we do not take back art that you changed your mind about.
Shipping Damage / Defects
Obviously, if something suffers shipping damage or is defective in any way, we will replace it.
You have 7 days from receipt of your order to file a damage / defect claim.
In this case, you are responsible for shipping costs back to Dallas. We pay to ship the replacement.
In the case of Inventory prints, they are sold As-Is. Some of these have hung in galleries or been in numerous art shows. We will disclose their condition up-front, but there is no claim of perfection for inventory art.
